This is my adult foetus. I was given the task to create a prosthetic for an actor in his mid twenties to transform him into a foetus in the womb. The sculpture was created in wet clay then cast in fibre glass and cast in silicon with a 2 part foam filled core to minimize the weight. The head prosthetic was designed with eyes that could easily be inserted over the actors eyes to give it a more unformed look.

I don't know if Rob would have agreed with you about the Sophisticated part. Think he was a little cold and uncomfy in all that silicon, blood and slime. Cheers :-)
